Bespoke Control and Monitoring System
Our bespoke control and monitoing system can be tailored to provide the most appropriate information that meets the unique needs of each of our clients.
Customised screens are designed to show the information in a graphical format that is easy to read, ensuring critical decisions can be quickly made.

Our bespoke control and monitoring system offers features such as real time instrumentation and control, event log tables and automatic system alerts for your Hybrid system. Alerts can be tailored and sent by SMS or email to key personnel ensuring that service level agreement can be met. The monitoring system will also enable the timing of services to be scheduled and ensure that any preventative maintenance is carried out, allowing continued operation of clients systems.

The ability to constantly monitor the system and view historic data ensures that our hybrid solutions are optimised to their current conditions and load requirements. Everything from battery capacity, renewable generation and fuel usage can be viewed alongside important alerts that may require a preventative maintenance visit.

Each control and monitoring system can also provide alerts via email or SMS, providing a trigger to ensure potential issues are dealt with promptly with limited downtime.

Our control and monitoring systems ensure that clients have a visual on their systems use and status 24/7, and the ability to control their installations even in remote locations.

These additional features can be particularly useful for cost savings, emissions reductions, sustainability improvements and reporting.

This advanced option helps optimise the delivery of power to a site and gives specific, in depth efficiency controls as to how loads are managed on site. The system still gives access to the VRM online portal but offers additional features.

• Load shedding
• Improved energy storage
• Improved battery management
• Sophisticated quiet time settings
• Intelligent renewable energy management
• Monitoring and data collection including emissions savings
• Multiple independently controlled outlets
• Light / rain / temperature sensors can control certain sockets
• Shedding of non-critical loads to keep total consumption low
• Intelligent generator starting via multiple start/stop parameters
• Sophisticated quiet time settings

Battery state of charge; present power consumption; power from renewables; power  from generator.

Auto-start your generator: trigger by low-voltage; high-demand; or battery state of charge – prevent start during 'quiet' periods.

Monitor your Hybrid Power Systems from anywhere in the world on the Victron Remote Management (VRM) Portal.

A remote console feature is available. It's like carrying the front face of your CCGX control panel around on your phone.
